"Value Season" rates apply during Memorial Day weekend and Columbus
Day weekend. Lodging rates are based on the following minimum
day
stays (MDS): Hotel rooms and efficiencies three (3) days; multiple
room apartments, suites and cottages one week.
Stays of less than the MDS during Peak Season are subject to an
additional charge of 10%.
NOTE: Rates are subject to change and do fluctuate - the
prices determined at the time of reservation confirmation is the
contract price.
